Riding Holidays

Visitors may select from the following accommodation options, included in the cost of the holiday.

Home Farm, Woolley A comfortable family farmhouse set in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside and offering bed, breakfast and evening meal. Home cooking and a warm welcome ensure that Home Farm continues to be one of our most popular and revisited options. A twenty minute drive from Baulking Grange, taking in some of the most stunning views in the area, Woolley is home to one of the largest red kite habitats in the country.

Challow Hill Farm, West Challow A five minute drive from Baulking Grange, this working farm offers delightful self-catering accommodation in a converted 19th century coach house. Visitors may choose from self-catering or take meals at Baulking Grange.

Manor Farm, West Challow The home of our sister yard, Silver Lane Stud, Manor Farm offers a luxury option, with en-suite accommodation and delicious home cooking. West Challow is a picturesque Oxfordshire village within easy reach of Wantage, and a six-minute drive from Baulking Grange. Please note that there is a surcharge of £40 per person per night for visitors wishing to select this option.

Children’s Pony Camps

Baulking Grange Pony Camps provide an exciting and enjoyable experience for pony-mad children from 8-13 years old. Campers stay in large tents in the grounds, supervised by our experienced staff. Meals are taken in the staff house, and barbeques are a popular feature of the stay.

Two-Day Trail Rides

Home Farm, Woolley is perfectly situated for our overnight stop, where, after a day spent riding through the glorious Oxfordshire countryside and along the historic Ridgeway, horses and riders are given a warm welcome and a home-cooked meal. A farmhouse breakfast gives everyone a great start for the second day, taking a different route back home to Baulking Grange.
